Welcome
The Monash Youth Music Festival is a significant annual music festival held on the lands of the Wurundjeri People in the leafy City of Monash, Victoria Australia. This Festival draws well over a thousand young musicians from all over Melbourne each August to compete in forty-seven disciplines including Ensemble and Choral competitions, solo competitions and non-competitive mini recitals.
Entries to this year's Festival are now open. Some sections have already sold out, so if you are thinking of entering, do so soon to avoid disappointment!

If you have entered this year's Festival, and for whatever reason you won't be able to attend, please let us know immediately so we can withdraw your entry and allow another person to take your place. Please note we do NOT give refunds this year (refer to our Rules and Conditions of Entry).
We do not keep wait lists either, so keep returning to ⭐Stardom in case someone else withdraws and a place becomes available!

All SOLO events are held at St Johns Uniting Church, 37-43 Virginia St, Mount Waverley and at the Salvation Army Waverley Temple. CHORAL and ENESMBLE sections are held at the Salvation Army Waverley Temple.

All proceeds go to the cost of venue hire, adjudicators and accompanists, and running our Festival.

Just go to our Performance Opportunities page and fill out the Expression of Interest form. Participating Aged Care facilities are listed there so you can choose one or two closest to you. Perform some of your favourite music for our dear senior citizens!

ЗАЯВКИ НА МОЛОДЕЖНЫЙ МУЗЫКАЛЬНЫЙ ФЕСТИВАЛЬ «МОНАШ-2022»
Регистрация участников осуществляется только через STARDOM . Запись откроется 25 апреля 2022 года.
Заявки на молодежный музыкальный фестиваль Monash 2022 принимаются только через STARDOM. Убедитесь, что вы зарегистрировали учетную запись, если у вас ее еще нет. Прием заявок откроется 28 апреля и закроется 5 июня. Отдельные секции могут закрываться раньше по мере заполнения. Обратите внимание, что у нас есть строгие ограничения вместимости в каждом разделе, и после закрытия раздела мы не можем принимать новые заявки. поэтому, пожалуйста, убедитесь, что вы входите рано. Ваше участие в программе в этом году будет выбрано случайным образом , поэтому участие в программе первым не означает, что вы появитесь первым в программе. Ожидание до последней минуты для участия не гарантирует вам позицию к концу Программы, и вы рискуете вообще пропустить!

Please note that we have strict capacity limits in each section and once a section is closed, we cannot accept further entries. Your appearance on the programme will be randomised this year, so entering first does not mean that you will appear first on the programme, nor does it mean that if you entered just before close of entries that you will perform last.
We don't give refunds, so please be careful when you enter. School events are usually organised very early in the year, so if you have a school event that clashes with the Festival's, please do not expect a refund from the MYMF, but please let us know so we can take your entry out of Stardom and allow someone else to take your place.
